I made this baby blanket for my cousin's new baby girl. I used a variation of the Needlecraft Shawl pattern. It measures about 5 feet across and took me all summer to finish. The center square is done in the granny square pattern, while the inner border consists of puff stitches and v-stitches and shells made of treble stitches.
